Shipping Policy

We have a 30-day return policy. This Returns Policy applies to all purchases on www.imass.com.au within 30 days after goods delivery. To be eligible, purchased items and the promotion items/gifts (if any) must be in the same condition that as you received in it's original packaging and sealing. Unopened, unworn and unused.  

Please apply your return application at info@imass.com.au, showing item's pictures to meet above criteria. If your return application is accepted, a return shipping label will be sent to you, as well as instructions of how and where to send your package. All the promotion/gift items must be returned as well. 

Items sent back without application approval is not acceptable. We keep our sole discretion to decide whether your application is acceptable or not depend on the information you offered. In some cases, we may ask for additional pictures, purchase proofs etc., for which you should offer it as soon as we request for them.

Refund will be proceed within 2 working days after receipt of the items. Please be aware, you will be responsible for the return postage, which will deducted from the refund amount. 

For wrong or Faulty items, 

Please inspect your items upon your receipt and contact us immediately provided item is faulty, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. So that we can evaluate the issue and rectify it.
